For Retail Orders with no embellishment

Delivery will normally take up to 5 working days. Non mainland UK addresses may take a bit longer.

For Retail Orders with embellishment

Delivery will normally take up to 12 working days. Non mainland UK addresses may take a bit longer. 

For Bulk orders with no embellishment

Normal Delivery = up to 10 working days from receipt of payment for garments to be delivered to your chosen UK mainland address. Non mainland UK addresses may take a bit longer.

For Bulk orders with embellishment

Normal Delivery = up to 15 working days from receipt of payment for garments to be delivered to your chosen UK Mainland address. Non mainland UK addresses may take a bit longer.

The cost of delivery is based on weight.

Orders over 20KG will be free unless special delivery requirements are needed, e.g. rugby post protectors are POA for delivery charge because they are oversize.

Express Delivery

5-9 working days from receipt of payment for garments to be delivered to your chosen UK mainland address. For peak periods please check with our hotline (0845 4501008) for availability

International & Non-Mainland UK Delivery

We are pleased to be able to supply our overseas customers. International Delivery charges will apply. So please call us on our hotline (0845 4501008) as charges will vary by country and which service you require.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles and other non mainland UK destinations, then the same charges will apply as per maniland UK up to 1.5kg. Thereafter, you need to call us for a quotation as the higher weight charges will not apply.

Custom Made Orders

Team kits are made to order. Any orders for bespoke kit, no matter how small, will have to fit into our standard production scheduling. Our usual turn around for this service is 4 – 5 weeks. Longer lead times can be experienced at Christmas and between August and October.
